Description
The project includes pavement rehabilitation and asphalt improvements, irrigation and stormwater work, ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, sidewalk gap infill, traffic-calming features including traffic circles, an enhanced pedestrian crossing, multi-use pathway improvements, wayfinding signage and shared-lane markings, and a raised concrete intersection. The work is specified in the project plans and special provisions and is procured as a unit-price construction contract. Irrigation and bridge work must be completed by March 15, 2027; all other work must be completed by October 8, 2027. The stated expected contract bonding requirement is $3,200,000.
