Description
The Village of Scarsdale, New York is soliciting sealed proposals for an Elevator Service & Maintenance Contract for the Village's elevators. The contract will cover the service and maintenance of elevators owned by the Village. Bidders must submit a certified check, bid bond, or cash in the amount of at least 5% of their total bid price as a bid deposit. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract within ten days after notice of award and provide all required insurances and bonds. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, omit items, waive informalities, or approve minor changes to the specifications. Specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the Department of Public Works at Scarsdale Village Hall.
