Description
Novi Community School District is soliciting electronic proposals from contractors for multiple construction work categories associated with the Novi High School Performing Arts project. Categories include selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, roofing, general trades, flooring, painting, fire protection, mechanical and plumbing, and electrical work. Proposals must be submitted through BuildingConnected. Bidders must submit notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act and Familial Relationship Sworn Statement forms, complete the required qualification process, and provide a complete audited or reviewed financial statement with the accountant’s report and footnotes. Each proposal requires bid security equal to at least 5% of the base bid, and contractors must include pricing for a co-obligee labor and material payment bond and performance bond. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through and post-bid interviews are also specified.
