Description
Novi Community School District is soliciting electronic proposals for multiple construction work categories for the Novi High School Performing Arts project. Bid categories include selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, roofing, general trades, flooring, painting, fire protection, mechanical and plumbing, and electrical work. Proposals must be submitted through BuildingConnected. Bidders must complete the qualification process and submit the required Qualification Statement and a complete audited or reviewed financial statement with accountant’s report and footnotes. Each proposal must include a notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certificate and Familial Relationship Sworn Statement, as well as bid security. Contractors must include pricing for a co-obligee labor and material payment bond and co-obligee performance bond. The project also requires availability for post-bid interviews.
