Description
The Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority is soliciting proposals for complete snow and ice removal services throughout its service area in and around Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Required work includes snow shoveling and snow blowing, ice removal, application of salt and ice-melt de-icing materials, and associated activities at bus stops, shelters, drives, parking lots, and other grounds. The anticipated contract consists of a one-year initial term with four additional one-year option periods, exercisable at the Authority’s sole discretion. Proposals must be uploaded by September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The RFP must be obtained through BidNet Direct; the Authority will not mail, email, or fax the solicitation or subsequent addenda and updates.
