Description
The Joint Staff Hampton Roads (JSHR) requires a rental of a 5,000 lbs capacity liquid propane (LP) forklift for outdoor and limited indoor service at the Joint Staff Suffolk Complex in Suffolk, VA. The contract includes quarterly preventive maintenance (Level 1) covering under hood, interior, exterior, and general checks, as well as annual services at 200 and 600 hours of operation. Additionally, emergency repair/service visits are required with a 72-business-hour response time. The contract is a firm-fixed price with a base period of 12 months and two 12-month options.
