Description
Kulshan Community Land Trust is requesting proposals from an integrated design and construction team to provide pre-construction and general contracting services for the development of a 46-unit single-family homeownership neighborhood. The selected team will collaborate through the design and construction phases. The project will create permanently affordable homes for low- and moderate-income residents and is being developed in partnership with Whatcom County and the City of Ferndale. The proposal deadline is 5:00 p.m. on September 9, 2026. The solicitation states that selected finalists will be interviewed during the week of September 21, with selection anticipated in mid-October.
