Description
The Village of Port Jefferson is soliciting proposals from a refreshments concessionaire for operation at the Village Center during the 2026–2027 winter season, from November 28, 2026, through March 15, 2027. The opportunity is identified as RFP No. 153-2026. Sealed proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on October 13, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing by 2:00 p.m. on October 6, 2026. The complete proposal package is available from the Village Clerk's Office for a $20 fee and on the Village's official website.
