Description
The City of Detroit, through its Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the General Services Department, is soliciting technical and professional services for a two-year improvement project at Patton Park. The scope includes site removals; concrete and asphalt paths and drive lanes; curbs, decorative concrete, stone retaining blocks, drainage, utilities, grading, and restoration; playground equipment supply and installation; playground excavation and safety surfacing; water-area features; shelters, picnic tables, benches, grills, bike facilities, bollards, gates, basketball hoops, a footbridge, signs, parking-lot sealing and striping, and landscaping. The revised bid materials include MDNR Trust Fund and ORLP work, allowances for JLG signage, grading and utilities, and additional services. The proposal package requires the respondent questionnaire, technical proposal and approach, Excel price sheet, required forms and certifications, and agreement to the model professional-services contract. Payment and performance bonds are required at 100% of contract value if awarded. The solicitation is submitted through the Euna/Bonfire supplier portal.
