Description
The U.S. Army is seeking responses from qualified small businesses for snow and ice removal services at the ESEK Hopkins Armed Forces Reserve Center. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation required by the Performance Work Statement and site map, including addressing damage caused by salt or chemical ice-melting operations and sand buildup on lawns or planting areas. The contractor should review site conditions with the Contracting Officer's Representative before the first storm. The anticipated requirement is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The notice identifies NAICS 561790 and requires a written capability statement submitted by email for market-research purposes; the response must include the CAGE code, UEI, and applicable size standard and may not exceed four one-sided 8.5-by-11-inch pages.
