Description
The Calhoun County Health Department is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to pressure wash all sidewalks, curbs, and the building exterior. The work includes pretreatment with concrete cleaner or detergent, hot-water washing with a surface cleaner, rinsing with hot water, removal of mold, mildew, algae, and gum spots as needed, and post-treatment with 3% sodium hypochlorite bleach. Services are to be performed once during the period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, on a date to be determined. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited; the awarded vendor's owner or legal employee must perform the service. A site visit is strongly encouraged and available by appointment.
