Description
Prosper Portland is seeking lease proposals for retail, office, or flex space within the Mason-Ehrman Annex Building, located at 208 NW 5th Avenue in Portland, Oregon's Old Town/Chinatown Cultural Historic District. The building offers approximately 9,900 square feet of creative flex space on the ground floor and an additional 9,900 square feet of finished basement space. The property includes secured bike storage, employee lockers, and showers, and is conveniently served by public transportation. This solicitation is a Call for Offers and is not subject to public procurement rules such as ORS 279a, ORS 279b, or ORS 279c. Interested parties are encouraged to submit proposals by July 20, 2026.
