Description
Multnomah County is seeking a consultant to perform a financial and operational analysis of their Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The scope of work includes providing board development and consultation, supporting strategic planning, and offering training and coaching to board members. The consultant will also evaluate the Health Center's compliance with HRSA regulations and other healthcare accrediting bodies. The contract is for a 3-year term with potential for two additional yearly extensions, with an estimated budget of $245,000 over the timeline. Award will be made to the responsible proposer whose proposal is most advantageous to the County.
