Description
The City of Portland is soliciting bids for the Sullivan Pump Station Control Room HVAC Replacement construction project. This project requires bidders to be prequalified in Class 10 Sewage Pumping Stations and Odor Control Facilities for a minimum of $699,000. Bidders must also comply with prevailing wage rate requirements, either state or federal (Davis Bacon Act). Plans and specifications can be downloaded from https://www.portland.gov/businessopportunities/events/bids. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 211 NE Everett St, Portland, OR 97232. Bids are due electronically by 2:00 PM on July 23, 2026, via https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public/appext/comsapsbncdiscoveryui#/leads/search?anId=AN11181807487. First-tier subcontractor disclosures are due by 4:00 PM on the same day.
