Description
Clean Water Services is soliciting bids for the Foothill Drive Sanitary Sewer Upgrade Project (No. 7207). The project involves upsizing an existing 1,587 linear feet, 10-inch sanitary sewer line to a 14-inch line using the pipe-bursting method within Commonwealth Lake Park. The engineer's estimate for this project is $597,340. Bidders are required to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus to submit electronic bids. Bids must be submitted by 2:00:00 p.m. local time on July 14, 2026, via Bid Locker. Facsimile or email bids will not be accepted. A First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form must be submitted electronically within two working hours of the bid closing time. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the CWS Central 1st Floor Board Room, 15195 NW Greenbrier Pkwy, Beaverton, OR 97006. Contract Documents can be downloaded from Bid Locker at https://www.bidlocker.us/details/5887. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or equivalent in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
