Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, intends to award a firm fixed price with incentives Job Order under a Master Ship and Repair Agreement (MSRA) for the overhaul, maintenance, and repair of the Dredge Essayons. The work will be performed at the contractor's facility, with the government delivering the vessel. Major work items include various hull coatings, valve replacements, piping inspections, propeller work, and drydock examinations. The period of performance is expected to run from August 2026 through February 2027, with a sixty (60) day drydock period anticipated between December 2026 and February 2027. Prospective contractors must hold an existing MSRA with USACE, Portland District, or follow specific procedures to obtain one. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required, with details to be provided in the solicitation. The acquisition will be solicited using sealed bidding procedures (FAR Part 14).
