Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from individuals or firms to serve as a licensed tree expert. The selected professional will provide the duties described in the attached scope of work and must demonstrate the required professional, administrative, and financial capabilities. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, professional certifications, key personnel, technical competence, references, availability, understanding of the requested work, and compensation. Respondents must provide a qualification statement, information about key personnel and servicing offices, a cost and fee schedule, and at least three references for similar projects or contracts, including at least two municipalities. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
