Description
Warren County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed bids for the NRCS EWP Erosion Control Project No. 75(352), Group 12, covering drainage improvements and bank stabilization at five sites throughout Warren County. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and work required by the drawings, specifications, and contract documents. The contract duration is 90 calendar days beginning on the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed. Bidders must possess an applicable Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility, and the certificate number must be provided with the bid when required. A bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the total bid is required; the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Bids may be submitted electronically or as sealed physical bids.
