Description
The North Carolina Community College System is soliciting bids to establish one or more agency-specific term contracts for new, unused, current-production HVAC equipment, tools, supplies, and educational services ordered as needed by the state's 58 community colleges. Categories include HVAC equipment, HVAC tools, HVAC supplies, and educational services such as certification, OSHA, plumbing, and electrical-wiring training. Vendors may bid on one or all categories. The scope includes delivery and, where applicable, installation, warranty support, maintenance options, descriptive literature, product and safety certifications, training, manuals, customer references, and authorized-reseller documentation. The State intends to make multiple awards and may award to vendors offering the broadest product lines and highest discounts from manufacturers' published MSRP. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal options.
