Description
Clear Creek Independent School District is soliciting proposals for alternate work associated with its multi-campus HVAC upgrades. The solicitation uses the RFCSP procurement method and requires both base and alternate proposals for consideration. Vendors must complete the Alternate Proposal Form and submit the required proposal materials through Ion Wave. The alternate proposal is due by 3:00 PM Central Time on September 23, 2026; the base proposal is due through Ion Wave by 2:00 PM the same day. Late, mailed, and hand-delivered responses will not be accepted, and vendors must register and respond in Ion Wave.
