RFP #27-04 LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BID RFP #27-04 HR Compensation Study Bids are being solicited for the service of an HR compensation Study for the City of Fall River Human Resources Department, in accordance with the listed specifications for the period of (1) year with the option to renew for (2) two additional years. Renewal is based on both parties agreeing to price and a satisfactory work history. Beginning Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, the solicitation packages may be obtained electronically through the Purchasing Department via e-mail only at: purchasing@fallriverma.gov. Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00pm on Thursday, September 10th, at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, One Government Center, Room 324 Fall River, MA 02722. Hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. The bids will be opened, witnessed, and results made public. #12577789 FRHN 8/25/26
