Description
The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting an Invitation for Bids for traffic control device rental and traffic control plan development services. The contractor will provide traffic control equipment, including portable sign stands, channelizing devices, barricades, arrow panels, variable message signs, truck-mounted crash cushions, and related items, along with delivery, setup, teardown, and after-hours response services. The contractor will also prepare temporary traffic control plans in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation and Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards, with plans prepared by certified design professionals. The contract has a one-year base term with four optional one-year extensions. Required submission materials include the Authorized Signature Form, Anticollusion Form, Prime Contractor Workforce Composition Form, SBEP Subcontracting Participation Plan, and References Form.
