Naval Special Warfare Command requires services to disassemble an existing Big Top Manufacturing fabric tension structure, package all components for removal, remove the components from the compound, and dispose of the materials. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Big Top Manufacturing LLC under FAR Part 12 for commercial services. The notice is a presolicitation and states that it is not an RFQ or an obligation to award. Access to the controlled attachment requires active registration on the federal contracting portal and submission of a letter of intent to participate as a prime contractor.
