Description
The General Services Administration, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, is soliciting an open-market, firm-fixed-price quote for one towable diesel air compressor. The offered unit must provide at least 185 CFM at 100 PSI, operate with JP-8/F24 fuel, meet the detailed mobility, safety, military transport, corrosion-control, and performance requirements, and include required markings, data plates, technical manuals, warranty coverage, and FOB Destination delivery. Optional New Equipment Training may also be quoted. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. The submission must include the completed Bill of Materials/Price Quote Sheet, completed COMPLY/EXCEPTION checklist, manufacturer specification sheet or technical literature, rated CFM, fuel compatibility, towable configuration, delivery timeframe, warranty coverage, registration information, and any exceptions or deviations. Delivery is required no later than September 30, 2026.
