Description
The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting an as-needed contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, tools, and incidentals necessary to locate underground water and sanitary sewer facilities in accordance with the bid documents. The contractor will connect to the City's network to access maps and must comply with the City's ITIS-OP-002 Account Management and ITIS-OP-027 Third-Party Security policies. The contractor's network access is subject to City authentication, authorization, privilege-management, cybersecurity-training, policy-acknowledgment, and data-access controls. Access may not be granted before contract and nondisclosure-agreement completion unless authorized by the City's Information Security and Privacy Office. All other ITB specifications remain unchanged.
