Description
The Department of Defense, through the Naval Supply Systems Command, is soliciting quotes for curriculum development and instructor support services for the Joint Targeting School. The contractor will provide instructor services and support the Collateral Damage Estimation, Combat Assessment, and Weaponeering Applications programs, including curriculum development, technical methodology, and staffing sufficient to meet the performance requirements. Amendment 02 extends the quote deadline to September 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price, performance-based task order; the Government does not prescribe minimum staffing levels, labor hours, or full-time-equivalent counts. The amendment also confirms that the submission includes a completed Section B pricing schedule, solicitation cover sheet, applicable amendment acknowledgments, and Representations and Certifications.
