Description
The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting a contractor to perform structural and waterproofing repairs at five Town Center parking garages: Green - Armada Hoffler, Red - Westin, Blue - Cosmopolitan, Orange - Clark Nexsen, and Maroon. Incidental work includes repainting traffic markings, using temporary shoring devices, implementing temporary traffic-control measures, and protecting persons and property during the project. The solicitation requires a Virginia contractor license, bid pricing by estimated unit quantities, applicable bonds and insurance, and compliance with SWaM participation requirements. The contractor must furnish the labor, materials, equipment, permits, plans, quality-control activities, documentation, and other services necessary to complete the work while the garages remain operational.
