Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting electronic bids for the L&N Loop Parking Lot Exterior Lighting Addition rebid. The scope includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment; removing existing light fixtures, poles, conduit, and conductors; installing new light poles, LED fixtures, wall-mounted lighting, underground conduits, a service rack, load center, receptacle, lighting controls, and associated electrical work; and restoring affected areas. The project includes an allowance for unforeseen conditions and requires compliance with the City’s detailed specifications, plans, Ohio prevailing-wage requirements, and State Heavy Highway project classification. Bidders must complete and submit the City’s Bid and Surety Form, Volume 3 Excel pricing sheets in the original unmodified .xlsx format, and the required MBE/WBE Inclusion Packet. The bid requires a bid surety equal to at least 10% of the total bid, mandatory subcontracting goals of 5% MBE and 6% WBE, and electronic submission through the City’s Vendor Self Service system. A performance bond equal to 100% of the contract value and specified insurance are required after award or before contract performance as applicable.
