Description
Olmsted County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to update the Rochester Olmsted Council of Governments (ROCOG) Future Functional Classification System. The selected consultant will revisit the system's guiding principles, evaluate the existing roadway classification against current and anticipated conditions, develop recommendations for revisions to the roadway network hierarchy, and prepare updated mapping, a GIS database, and supporting documentation. The solicitation package includes separate terms and conditions, consultant contract terms, and insurance and bond requirements. The opportunity is an issued Request for Proposal with a submission deadline of November 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
