Description
The project includes installing an earthen levee and floodwall; removing, realigning, and reconstructing Ellis Boulevard NW; and making associated water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements. The engineer's estimated project cost is $4,530,000. Work is to start upon receipt of the notice to proceed, with a late start date of March 29, 2027. Stage 1 and 2 work, except for permanent seeding and plantings outside their planting windows, must be complete by November 24, 2027, when Ellis Boulevard NW is to be open to traffic. Final completion is due October 27, 2028.
