Description
The project involves reconstructing 34th Street SE and building a shared-use path and sidewalk along its east side. Work also includes water main replacement, storm sewer extension, segmental block retaining walls, driveway reconstruction, site grading, and restoration. The engineer's estimated project cost is $4,270,000. Final completion is required within 150 working days, with all paving complete and the street open to through traffic by November 12, 2027. The late start date is April 5, 2027; the early start date is upon receipt of the notice to proceed.
