Description
The City seeks a consultant to provide construction engineering and inspection services during replacement of the 8th Avenue Bridge and construction of associated floodwalls. Services include construction inspection and engineering, project documentation, vibration monitoring, federal-aid compliance reviews, permit verification, and project meetings. Materials testing and certification are also included, such as concrete plant monitoring and site testing, sampling, and acceptance testing. The qualifications submission must address the firm's approach, relevant experience, staff qualifications and availability, project schedule, potential conflicts of interest, and full rate sheet. The RFQ submittal and rate sheet must be submitted as PDFs; the qualifications package is limited to 25 single-sided pages, excluding covers, cover letters, dividers, and appendices. The contract is anticipated to run through June 30, 2030, with no guaranteed minimum amount of work or contract value.
