Description
The City of Hollywood is soliciting a contractor to remove and dispose of existing Fleet Parts Room storage equipment and provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and incidentals required to deliver, assemble, level, anchor, and install a new metal storage system. The scope includes high-density storage units, battery storage racks, rotor storage racks, locking and bulk storage cabinets, service-parts workstations, wall-mounted utility panels, rivet rack shelving systems, and related accessories. The contractor must provide stamped drawings and calculations, coordinate removal with City staff, maintain a safe and orderly work area, remove debris, verify field dimensions, protect existing surfaces, and complete a final inspection. Work is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pricing must include delivery and installation, and the contractor must provide a minimum two-year warranty covering workmanship, installation, and assembly, with applicable manufacturer warranties transferred to the City. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the City's eProcurement portal and includes required vendor references, insurance documentation, certifications, acknowledgments, sworn statements, and bid pricing.
