Description
The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services is soliciting certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) dealers to provide IBM enterprise storage equipment and related services. The requested items include an IBM 22TB data server, drawer-to-PDU UPS power cords, VPI 200GbE adapters, DDR5 server memory, dual-socket canisters, NVMe SSDs, SAS4 adapters, storage expert care, server support, storage maintenance, and usage- or user-based licensing maintenance. The hardware will replace end-of-life IBM Spectrum Scale 3K and 5K systems. Respondents must offer the items through one of the specified existing Ohio state contracts or another existing state contract, include the applicable state contract number in the response grid, and quote prices at or below contract pricing. Completion of the provided item grid is the required response; outside or additional documentation will not be considered. Award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.
