Description
Sandoval County is accepting proposals from nonprofit entities seeking to have the County serve as fiscal agent for their projects. Projects must be within the County’s jurisdiction and right-of-way and must not create an undue burden on County operations. The invitation does not guarantee approval; applications will be reviewed by County Management and the Board of Commissioners for alignment with County priorities. Capital outlay requests over $100,000 must be included in an entity’s Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) to be eligible for funding. Because the County’s 2026 ICIP has already been submitted, the County can serve as fiscal agent for such a request only if the project is selected for inclusion in the 2027 ICIP and a capital appropriation is issued afterward.
