The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) is requesting qualification-based competitive sealed proposals for Design and Engineering Services for the Montoyas Arroyo Reach Stabilization Project, covering the reach from Broadmoor Blvd. to Sportsplex. The selected firm will provide professional design and engineering services to stabilize the arroyo reach. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at SSCAFCA's office. The solicitation documents, including scope of work and selection criteria, are available on SSCAFCA's website.
