Description
The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority is requesting qualification-based competitive sealed proposals for design and engineering services for the Montoyas Arroyo Reach Stabilization Project, covering the reach from Broadmoor Boulevard to Sportsplex. The selected firm will provide professional design and engineering services and deliver all required project deliverables to SSCAFCA by September 30, 2027; this deadline does not apply to construction. Addendum 1 requires offerors to acknowledge receipt of the addendum in their proposals or the proposal will be considered nonresponsive. The addendum states that no construction bidding schedule is currently available because of uncertainty regarding federal funding, confirms that the firm that prepared the Reach Stabilization Plan remains eligible to submit a proposal, and clarifies that no response to or redlined version of the Agreement is required with the proposal.
