Los Alamos National Laboratory is offering exclusive and non-exclusive licensing agreements for SiloGetter, a 3D-printed siloxane composite designed to capture unwanted hydrogen in sealed electronics, vacuum instruments, metal containers, and aerospace applications. The technology combines palladium-on-carbon catalyst particles and DEB within a gas-permeable siloxane polymer and is fabricated through direct ink writing into application-specific geometries. The composite contains approximately 50% active getter by weight, can be printed through nozzles as fine as 400 microns without clogging, retains mechanical strength after curing, and absorbs more than 80% of encountered hydrogen. The technology is identified as Technology Readiness Level 4 and is covered by U.S. Patent Application LA-UR-26-27370. This is a technology licensing opportunity, not a request for external development services.
