Description
Los Alamos County seeks qualified firms to provide on-call concrete, paving, and related repair services at locations throughout the County. Work will be assigned through task orders and may include removal and installation of concrete sidewalks, ramps, drive pads, curbs, gutters, asphalt, riprap, and utility-related concrete items, as well as roadway repairs and traffic control. Pricing is requested for labor and specified work items across each potential contract year; the County anticipates a cap of $5 million per awarded agreement over a potential term of up to seven years. The selected contractor must begin work within 14 days after notification of an individual project. Each task order will be separately quoted and approved, and the County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work. Performance and payment bonds at 100% of the task order price are required for individual task orders exceeding $25,000; bid security is not required. The proposal requests experience and client references, a response to the provided proposal form, a cost worksheet, applicable licenses, a subcontractor list, and other specified forms and supporting documents.
