Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified firms for a planned design-bid-build construction project: a 67,833-square-foot, two-story facility for controlled office space, including compartmented workspaces for 10–15 teams and a 200-seat controlled-space auditorium. The project includes site preparation, foundations and structural work, building systems and utilities, parking, landscaping, drainage, access control, and secure communications infrastructure. The facility must meet ICD 705, antiterrorism and force-protection requirements, and applicable Department of Defense facility criteria. The estimated construction price range is $50 million to $100 million. Interested firms are asked to describe at least three comparable projects completed within the past five years, demonstrate experience with secure facilities and design-bid-build construction, provide company and teaming information, report CMMC status and bonding capacity, and address questions about potential Project Labor Agreement use. Responses are limited to 10 pages. This is market research only; it is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this notice.
