Description
The Space Rapid Capabilities Office is conducting market research for potential support to expand its Government-owned Space Warfighting Architecture Navigator (SWAN) model and database, analyze priority mission threads, and provide portfolio optimization and acquisition decision support. Potential work includes mission-thread decomposition, data integration, funding-scenario and return-on-investment analysis, sustainment and readiness prioritization, and decision materials for budget and portfolio discussions. The effort may also include transforming acquisition and analytics processes, designing operating models and organizational structures, developing talent strategies and implementation roadmaps, and training personnel in mission-thread analysis. Respondents are asked to provide concise capability statements addressing corporate information, commercial offerings and contract vehicles, relevant technical and analytical experience, strategic and portfolio capabilities, and up to three similar contracts performed within the last three years. This is a planning-only RFI, not a request for proposals or quotes.
