SOUTHERN SANDOVAL COUNTY ARROYO FLOOD CONTROL AUTHORITY (SSCAFCA) DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES N O R T H H I L L S O F F - CHANNEL POND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 2026-05 The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority ( S S C A F C A ) r e q u e s t s qualification based competitive sealed proposals to provide Design and Engineering Ser- vices for the North Hills Off- Channel Pond project. The solicitation documents, includ- ing scope of work, criteria for selection, and additional in- formation, can be found on SSCAFCA's website: https:// www.sscafca.org. SSCAFCA will host a non- mandatory pre-proposal meet- ing at its office building (located at 1041 Commercial Drive SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124) on September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time.
