Description
The Town seeks a qualified contractor to remediate fungal contamination in its town hall in accordance with the provided microbial remediation protocol and ANSI/IICRC S520. Work includes asbestos inspection of materials to be disturbed and lead-safe practices; containment and environmental controls; handling and storage of kitchen contents; removal and disposal of contaminated kitchen and crawlspace materials; antimicrobial cleaning throughout the building; installation of a crawlspace vapor barrier; kitchen restoration; and HVAC inspection and cleaning. The contractor must coordinate clearance testing, provide project logs and closeout documentation, and achieve a passed clearance. Optional separately priced work includes a permanent crawlspace dehumidifier, crawlspace encapsulation, and a perimeter drain and sump.
