Description
Pueblo Rural School District 70 seeks fully managed dedicated internet access with transport, with a minimum of 500 Mbps symmetrical download and upload bandwidth. Providers are asked to offer 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps options, provide static IP addresses, and include router lease options and pricing. Service must be dedicated to the applicant, have no usage caps or usage-based speed reductions, and terminate at the building's designated MDF; delivery to the property line alone is insufficient. Providers must include site delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way costs, and submit pricing for recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges using the provided pricing attachment in Excel format. The requested service is for the District 70 Online School annex. The solicitation considers month-to-month or contracted service, requests 12- and 36-month pricing for contracted service, and allows two optional 12-month extensions. Service is needed beginning July 1, 2027. The applicant requires SPI discounted billing, and proposals must meet the stated E-Rate and technical requirements.
