Description
The Government of Canada is soliciting offers from eligible holders of the Workspaces Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003/D, General Stream, for office furniture for HMCS Montcalm. The requirement includes workstation systems, work surface products, filing and storage products, and ancillary products such as power modules. The listed requirements include panel and benching systems, fixed-height and height-adjustable work surfaces, storage cabinets, wardrobes, and 22 power modules. Offerors must provide approved products, manufacturer and series information, model numbers, pricing, available finishes, and technical data sheets. The scope includes delivery and installation at HMCS Montcalm, including unloading, transport to the installation area, unpacking, inspection, assembly in accordance with manufacturer specifications, minor adjustments and repairs, cleaning, site cleanup, and a post-installation walkthrough. The contract is a firm-lot-price arrangement with a fixed period from award through February 26, 2027, and the furniture is required to be delivered by January 29, 2027. Installation is planned between February 1 and February 12, 2027, subject to confirmation by the Project Authority. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among compliant offers.
