Description
The University of California, Santa Barbara, seeks a contractor to provide carpet and flooring repair, installation, replacement, and rehabilitation at buildings and properties managed by its Housing, Dining & Auxiliary Enterprises department. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel. Work will be assigned through negotiated job orders under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, with individual orders of approximately $2,000 or more. The initial one-year term has a maximum value of $600,000, with two additional one-year options of $600,000 each; the total contract value may not exceed $1.8 million. A $25,000 bid security is required. Bidders must hold an active California C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering Contractor license at bid submission, and prevailing wage requirements apply.
