Description
St. Charles County Government is soliciting bids for veterinary radiology equipment to support radiographic evaluations of shelter animals. The requested solution includes a tabletop radiology unit, high-frequency generator, variable tube stand, movable grid cabinet, radiology table, rotating-anode X-ray tube, collimator, DR touchscreen computer and monitor, acquisition workstation, and related components. Equivalent makes and models may be proposed if they meet or exceed the stated specifications, with catalog materials, product literature, technical specifications, and supporting documentation required to demonstrate comparability. The scope includes supplying all equipment and parts, installing the required 208/220/240-volt single-phase electrical connection, installing the radiology table and components, providing room-preparation drawings in PDF and DWG formats, and completing the project within 60 days after award. Bidders must provide pricing, estimated lead time, warranty information, a detailed completion timeline, on-site supervisor contact information, and identify any exceptions or deviations from the specifications.
