Cooperative Purchasing Agency (CPA), a non-profit state of Georgia school system cooperative, is soliciting bids for a comprehensive list of office and desktop supplies for office and classroom use. The bid includes items such as receipt books, envelopes, file folders, hanging files, labels, index cards, rubber bands, paper clips, binder clips, staplers, staples, staple removers, paper punches, tape, dispensers, Post-it notes, laminating pouches, pencil sharpeners, pencils, pens, markers, highlighters, dry erase markers and accessories, binders, notebooks, dividers, sheet protectors, portfolios, folders, clipboards, stack trays, file totes, wall clocks, flags, and a coding robot. The contract will be for orders placed between January 1, 2027 and December 31, 2027. Bids must be submitted on CPA's form, and samples are required for certain items. Delivery is expected within 30 days of purchase order issuance, and all prices must be F.O.B. destination.
