Description
The University of Montana Division of Biological and Biomedical Sciences is considering awarding a sole-source contract to Newport Corporation for an InSight X3 Dual-067. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors that believe they can provide an equivalent product and services may submit a written challenge detailing the equivalent features and capabilities they can offer, using the heading “REQUEST TO CHALLENGE.”
