Description
The Idaho Division of Public Works is seeking design professional services for the remodel of Bldg. 710 at Gowen Field. This project aims to consolidate all Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) operations into a single location. The scope includes interior renovation, mechanical and electrical repairs, deck replacement, stormwater drainage, and ADA accessibility improvements throughout the building. The selected design professional will be responsible for programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. The estimated project budget for design and construction is approximately $1 million.
