Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Seed Warehouse System, intends to issue a solicitation for the Fall 26-2 Consolidated Seed Buy. This procurement requires various quantities and multiple varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations. While not set aside for small businesses, the solicitation will include 6 reserved awards for contractors meeting the small business threshold. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 113210 Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products, with a size standard of $20.5 million. The government anticipates awarding multiple firm-fixed-price contracts, each with a base buy and one option buy, on or before August 12, 2026. Awards will be made to responsible offerors whose proposals are most advantageous to the Government, evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.
